Empire Motel

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming little motel! The property is spotless, well cared for, and has such a warm and inviting feel. The courtyard and pool area are absolutely delightful - a perfect spot to relax . Estelle, goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is in order and that guests feel welcome and comfortable. This was our second time staying at the Empire Motel – we loved it so much last year during our 3-day visit that we came back for a full 7 days! The rooms are spotless and well maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Estelle, the lovely owner, remembered us and made us feel so welcomed. The pool is crystal clear with fun toys for the kids, and the outdoor sitting area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Comfortable beds, great showers, Air Conditioning and just a short walk to Skaha Lake. Can’t wait to come back again! -Kenneth, Savanna and Levi!

My partner and I had an amazing stay in the Empire Motel. Rooms are very clean and spacious, and very well maintained. Estelle was very welcoming, I absolutely loved her gentle and professional approach. She is an amazing host! I highly recommend this place to all travelers. The room has everything you need: very good wifi, semi-kitchen, AC works perfect, beds are comfy. I slept like a baby will definitely come back here again thank you!

Great Stay at Empire Motel! We had a wonderful stay at the Empire Motel! The room was spotless, the shower had great pressure, and the air conditioning kept things nice and cool. The pool was crystal clean and even had float toys, which was a fun touch. Estelle was incredibly kind and personable—she truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What a Fabulous Motel!! So glad we found this place & booked our stay there! The owner was so kind and accommodating!! She really went out of her way to make sure everything was nice & that we didn't want for anything...! So personable, like we were quests in her home. Loved that! Room was so clean and new, very lovely. I also liked it had a bigger than a beer fridge sized fridge so lots of room! And microwave. Such an ideal location for everything!! The pool was a nice size with lots of comfy lounge chairs. A nice grassed area with 4 or 5 barbecues if wanted & 3 Gazebos for sitting/eating as had table/chairs. Motel was very close to the beach too. I have no complaints whatsoever. Most Definitely stay there again. Absolutely LOVE Penticton!! Highly Recommended

We arrived at the motel office to check in and were greeted by a lovely young lady. She was very informative and made it feel like home. Our room was very clean with towels replaced every day. The bbq area was convenient with many bbq's,which were very clean and noticed staff did maintain them. The pool was great. Clean and refreshing and again we noticed staff cleaning and maintaining it. The beach is so close, location is prime. 3 generations of our family have been coming here and for the age of the motel the owner has been doing an outstanding job with up keep and updating. This is truly the best place to stay in. Everything in this motel is well thought. To begin with its rooms are crystal clean. In the bathroom there’s a shower head with hose which I really value as it gives me a chance to give a better shower to my little one. The next important thing is even though it’s a motel, you don’t hear your neighbors, so we could sleep peacefully. This place has an amazing and clean pool, and it’s cleaned every day. There’s also a BBQ area with clean utensils. The owners are very sweet people that care about their customers. We are definitely coming back again. I recommend it 100%! You’ll never regret staying there!

Was a cute older motel! It was extremely clean inside and out; not even one leaf or debris around the pool. The pool was nice and not super busy when we were there and had fun toys to play with. The rooms were what we needed and ncie it gad a fridge with a freezer. Walking distance to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Cute motel very well kept and friendly staff. Estelle was always smiling! The rooms and grounds are perfect for some r&r. Walking distance to the beach as well.

We stayed here in June for the Father's Day weekend. We had an excellent stay with Estelle and her staff. We had a group of 22 motorcycles and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. We would recommend staying at the Empire with Estelle. She looked after our group and ensured our stay was pleasant.
